UECFLOW aUEC TRANSFER TOOL

STAR CITIZEN TRANSFER AGENT

Getting started

Connect your game and understand your transfer capacity.

  1. Open in desktop Chrome or Edge

Use the HTTPS website directly. Some embedded browsers do not support the folder picker. Read the start notice and confirm when ready.

  2. Choose your game folder

Click Choose game folder. Select the StarCitizen folder. The app finds game activity inside that selection. You can find the installation location in the RSI Launcher.

    C:\Roberts Space Industries\StarCitizen

The website cannot search your drives before you grant access. The dashboard’s expandable Connection help shows a simple folder selection example.

  3. Read the account tabs

Each detected account has its own tab. The table starts with active release countdowns and five recent records. Expand older history when needed. Failure/error text appears only for failed attempts. You can reorder, resize and sort columns.

Capacity and countdowns

Outgoing attempts, including failures, consume a slot and their known amount for 24 hours from the original record timestamp. That amount and slot become available again when the countdown reaches zero. Incoming transfers do not consume outgoing capacity. A missing failed amount is shown as unknown; enter a manual amount only when you know it.

Defaults are a 100,000,000 aUEC rolling capacity, 50,000,000 maximum per transfer, a preferred 2 × 49,500,000 plan and five attempt slots. These are editable assumptions, not verified game rules. The monitor suggests a review when observed observations conflict with settings; it does not silently replace them.

Keep monitoring

Keep the page open while playing. Recent reads, idle activity, missing files and permission errors appear in the connection panel. An idle record can mean the game is closed or simply quiet. Background tabs may update less frequently. The browser controls whether folder permission is remembered.

Back up before switching address or browser

Open Settings → Backup & restore and download a backup. Restore merges history and brings back manual amounts and preferences without deleting current records. A new browser or domain still needs its own folder selection. Restore supports files up to 30 MB and 50,000 transactions.

Service fee and capacity

Outgoing attempts use their amount plus a 0.5% service fee in the capacity estimate. For example, a 40,000,000 aUEC transfer uses 40,200,000 aUEC. Available to transfer and suggestions reserve this fee; the next release restores the fee-inclusive capacity after 24 hours. Fractional fees are conservatively rounded up to whole aUEC. Failed attempts with known amounts use the same accounting assumption; unknown amounts remain unknown. The main table amount is the original principal.

Review evidence or add a missing attempt

Use Details under a counterparty to inspect the original account, amount source, recorded time, fee estimate and notification stages. An account correction does not replace the original record evidence.

If a failed or expired outgoing attempt is missing, choose Add missing attempt, select the account, enter the original attempted amount and time in your device time zone, and confirm that it is not already counted. Manual attempts include the 0.5% fee in capacity calculations. They are not game notifications or proof of settlement.

To undo an incorrect manual entry, open its Details and choose Exclude manual entry. Restore manual entry reverses this without restarting the original 24-hour window. Previously added manual attempts remain accessible from the manual form, including excluded entries. Backups retain their source, notes and exclusion state.

A manual attempt is not automatically matched to a later game notification. Review both records and exclude the manual entry if they represent the same attempt.

Review data quality

The evidence panel below the capacity cards explains missing amounts, unassigned outgoing records, unusable or future timestamps, manual entries and live-record access. Observed data ready means no detected issue in the records read by this browser; it does not guarantee a complete game history or backend settlement. Open the panel for the reasons and use a record’s Details to review evidence.

Backup reminders

Once saved records exist, a small reminder inside Settings → Backup & restore offers a backup download. Remind me tomorrow postpones it for 24 hours. In Settings, expand Backup & restore to disable reminders or choose a daily, weekly or 30-day interval after a download request. No backup is downloaded automatically. The last-requested timestamp means the browser was asked to download a file, not that the file was verified as saved. Importing a backup does not count as creating a new one.

Plan a specific transfer

Select an account and choose Plan a transfer. Enter the amount you want to send and choose maximum or preferred chunks. The forecast reserves the 0.5% fee, observes attempt slots and per-transfer limits, and releases each observed or proposed attempt after 24 hours. The forecast is local and does not send money, create records or verify wallet balance. Unknown amounts, unassigned outgoing records or timestamp issues block planning. Recalculate after new activity. The greedy schedule is a suggestion, not a guarantee of the fewest attempts or earliest completion.

Search and export history

Open Search & export beside Transactions. Search all saved records by account, counterparty, direction, result, time or amount. Apply filters to load 50 matches at a time. Export matching CSV includes every match (up to 100,000), not just the visible page. Narrow your filters for larger histories. Excluded manual attempts are omitted.

UI reported means a game notification was observed, not confirmed backend settlement. Failed includes expired attempts. CSV uses UTC timestamps, original amounts, estimated 0.5% fees and configured outgoing capacity usage. Unknown amounts remain blank. Incoming records consume no outgoing capacity.

Connection health

Expand Connection health inside Connect your game to see the latest folder check, successful read and live activity change. An idle record may mean the game is quiet or closed; this site does not inspect its process. If permission expires, choose the folder again. A background browser tab may pause checks.

Privacy mode

Use Privacy on in the header before streaming or taking screenshots. Account tabs, transaction rows, account totals, local paths and private feedback fields are hidden. Private dialogs and exports are unavailable until you turn it off. The preference is remembered and included in backups. This is display privacy only, not encryption; stored records and previously downloaded files remain unchanged.

Attempt monitor

Expand Automatic limit monitor to compare your configured attempt limit with the largest observed rolling 24-hour attempt count and UI-reported transfer count for this account and game build. Failures and expired attempts count as observed attempts. Manual entries and manually reassigned accounts do not establish a game rule.

UI-reported counts above your setting flag a possible increase. Repeated AUTH-RL in separate 24-hour periods before the configured count flag a possible reduction or another cause. Missing history, amount limits and backend uncertainty prevent exact automatic detection. No setting is silently changed; fewer transfers alone are not evidence of a lower limit. Monitoring uses the existing Monitor possible limit changes setting.

Correct a transaction account

Open Details on any outgoing, incoming, failed or expired record, then choose Change account. Choose a discovered account and Save account. The correction applies to history, capacity and planning; original account, amount, evidence and timestamp remain unchanged. Use Restore original account to undo. Corrections survive reload and backup/restore. If another operation changes the record while editing, reopen its details before retrying.

All accounts overview

Expand All accounts overview above the account tabs to compare available transfer amounts, next release countdowns and remaining attempt slots. Hidden tabs are included. Open account shows its tab. Calculations use the complete saved history and reserve the 0.5% fee; unknown evidence shows Needs review. The overview follows your tab order and is hidden in Privacy mode.

Remove an account from all lists

Use Remove account in Accounts or All accounts overview, then confirm. This is different from hiding a tab: the account disappears from tabs, all account lists, the overview and history search. The local transaction ledger and corrections are retained, not erased.

The account returns only when the reader observes its login with a timestamp later than removal. Replaying old logins, new transfer notifications alone, reloading the page or importing a backup will not restore it. New logins are recognized even if there is no transfer. Unknown identities need a valid account login before they can return. Removal state is included in backups. Keep your device and game record clocks correct.
